Hey there! My name's Ana Leskanich and I'm an Instructional Designer, Training Specialist, and Content Developer.

Since I can remember, I've had a passion for learning and development. Through that passion, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of adult learners over the past 5+ years. I design comprehensive and collaborative learning experiences that captivate learners, meet them where they are, and enable them to excel in their development journey.  

Currently, I work as the Virtual Training Specialist at Valvoline Global Operations within the North America Installer Channel. In my role, I create and facilitate a variety of virtual learning experiences across different mediums for our valued customers.

In my free time, I love hanging out with friends, family, and my dog Maple, traveling to new places, watching tv and movies, listening to music, playing trivia, and enjoying the delicious food and drink Lexington has to offer!
